Design Team ‐ Ajjas Consulting are able to recommend suitable architects and engineers, and any other design professional that might be required. Ajjas Consulting if instructed are also able to negotiate and manage the process of signing up the design team to appropriate contracts.

Design Cost Management ‐ Ajjas Consulting are able to cost any changes that might be requested by you or suggested by your design team such that your budget is managed appropriately and not exceeded without you understanding the reasons why.

Procurement ‐ Ajjas Consulting are able to invite appropriately sized and experienced contractors who would be able to complete your development safely and on time to provide a price and then recommend the contractor who would provide the best value, which might not always be simply the contractor who provides the cheapest price. Ajjas Consulting would also suggest the use of contracts which would best serve your interest and manage the process of getting the contract signed.

Management of Costs during Construction ‐ Ajjas Consulting are able, if instructed to check the work completed on your development and recommend the appropriate payment due to the contractor. Ajjas Consulting believe in active cost management so we will challenge costs requested by the contractor so that you only pay amounts properly due to the contractor in accordance with the contract.

Completion ‐ Ajjas Consulting are able, if instructed, to manage the process after the contractor has completed the development such that any defects that may be found in the contractor’s work are fixed. Ajjas Consulting will also recommend the final account amount to you such that the risk of further costs being paid after the development is completed are negligible.

Dispute Resolution
